Description: Yamaha is known for supplying the world’s universities and conservatories with the U series Professional Upright Piano as the quintessential practice room piano. This is the famous U1 model, #1 selling model in the world – also, in impeccable condition. However, this model is a DISKLAVIER Player Piano which is a reproducing player and can record performances exactly. Made in mid 1990, this piano appears to have been hardly used. It is in immaculate condition and has a huge tone and very even touch and sound. We only had to regulate the action and voice the hammers as it needed little else. This piano was purchased new locally. Many disks, remote control and owners manuals are included. Most Yamaha Disklavier Player Pianos sold used are usually heavily used and most generally tired. This is another rarity. The Yamaha MX100 is the most sophisticated and preferred model of most pianists and institutions.
