This Cable Studio Upright was built by the Conover-Cable
Company -- a well-known piano maker for the home. Most of their pianos
were very sturdily built and featured lovely cabinets. This Studio is
no exception. This piano was built in Oregon ILL in March/April 1959.
Owned by an older man who did not play very much, the instrument has
very little use and is in wonderful condition. You will not find its
equal in quality for less than $6,000.00 on sale!! This piano is built
like a tank with 6 solid backposts where today's pianos usually have 3 or 4
thinner ones. One would look hard to find a beautiful piano and
cabinet for this kind of money!!
